The course follows the real production workflow of a U.S. architecture firm, from first site visit to permit-ready package:

1. Existing ConditionsAs-builts, site surveys, and converting field sketches into CAD drawings.

2. Schematic DesignLayout options, space planning, and managing client revisions to a final approved layout.

3. Design DevelopmentApplying client comments, architectural coordination, and preparing for construction documents.

4. Due DiligenceBuilding codes, accessibility requirements, zoning, landlord criteria, and jurisdiction research.

5. Construction DocumentsCover sheets, reflected ceiling plans, equipment plans, floor plans, dimensions, interior elevations, finish plans, door schedules, life safety, general notes, construction details, and consultant coordination — building a complete, permit-ready architectural package.
